SugarOak Realty is pleased to announce the purchase of Market Forest Shopping Center, an 18,000 SF neighborhood strip retail center in Alpharetta, GA, a suburban market of Atlanta. The 85% leased property sold for $4,900,000 to Coastal Corp, LLC. John Simpson, managing broker of SugarOak Realty, represented the buyer on this transaction. The seller, an undisclosed family office, was represented by Lavista Associates.
