The 44,000 square foot box anchored by Regal Cinemas along with an adjacent parking lot are subject to a ground lease. The center is currently 100% leased and Co-anchored by Gold’s Gym. Anchors Regal Cinemas and Gold’s Gym have occupied space at the property for 40 and 19 years respectively.

Seminole Trail Annex, LLC out of Charlottesville, VA acquired the asset from SugarOak Investments on April 1, 2022, for $13,000,000. The transaction was completed by Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group.
