As Principal Broker and Director of Leasing, Andy Walsh oversees all aspects of SugarOak’s leasing portfolio, which includes over 300 transactions in 10 markets annually.
Mr. Walsh joined SugarOak in 2004, and brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate oversight, asset management and leasing responsibilities.
Mr. Walsh graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
John Simpson is the managing broker for SugarOak Realty’s Atlanta Office and oversees the leasing of SugarOak’s Atlanta portfolio and the leasing of third party client assets.
His focus is on retaining existing tenants and conducting successful negotiations with potential new tenants.
Having joined SugarOak in 2012, Mr. Simpson is customer service and detail-oriented and focuses on understanding clients’ unique needs to yield great returns for property owners and tenants alike.
Mr. Simpson graduated with honors from Hampden-Sydney College, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
With over 10 years of commercial and residential real estate experience, Natalie Broderson oversees the leasing of SugarOak’s Northern Virginia portfolio and the leasing of third party client assets.
Since joining SugarOak in 2018, Ms. Broderson has taken on a myriad responsibilities including reviewing and negotiating lease and sale transactions, interfacing with clients and prospects to successfully define the parameters, lease terms, and other related details.
Ms. Broderson has a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University, and a Masters from the George Mason School of Business.
